Ron is awesome. Got my iMac fixed and his price was super reasonable. He'll tell you his phone system leaves something to be desired, so I found it easier just to go in. Does great work, so well worth having to be patient with the phone system.

I've known Ron of LCC for years and I only trust my equipment with him! He genuinely cares about his customers and has a passion for what he does. He always has my repairs done promptly. Don't waste your time with those big box stores - Ron will take care of you with personalized expertise and it's always great to support a Lancaster small business.

Ron is awesome. So friendly, replaced my Mac battery that apple glued in and refused to mess with. He had it done in a day and even installed malware protection for free. Great guy, great repairs. I drove a 2 hour round trip for this and would absolutely do it again. I only will go to him now.

Had a frozen screen problem and was worried my PC may have been infected and or compromised. Called Ron and he was able to check it and return it the next day. Can not say thanks a lot enough, for that kind of prompt service. He advised me on what to do in the future if this happens again. Would recommend LCC for all of your computer needs. Thanks Ron, you're definitely my go to guy for my PC repairs.

My hard drive had failed over the weekend and I needed to get access to the data. Called Ron and delivered the computer in the morning. I explained the issue and need for quick turnaround. Ron got right on it and had the data transferred by mid-afternoon. He also took time to analyze the hard drive a determine that it had seen better days. Sincerely appreciate the quick service. Highly recommend Ron! Thank you!

Great service; great guy. Prompt, efficient, effective, always up front, provides what is necessary, and never 'oversells'. An an aside, Ron's father-in-law (who minds the store while Ron is out) is very jovial, with a heavy Jersey accent. Also, parking in the new location is much easier.

Ron at LCC is absolutely phenomenal. He was so quick about getting my computer back in my hands in functioning order, saved all my nearly lost data, and managed to educate me on how to prevent future issues, all while moving his business in the same week. Affordable, efficient, timely, and incredible customer service. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend Lancaster Computer Company for your repair needs!

Ron has gotten me, and my business, out of several serious issues with tech. He always greets me at the door with a smile and a wise joke :), and treats my case like its all that matters in that moment-- even though he has a gazillion other screens staring at him waiting for repairs. I have brought water-damaged motherboards, "the blue screen of death," glitched-out partitions, system cloning, and outdated hardware to Ron. And he has helped me regain my sanity and calm about the issues, and find a solution that is timely and thorough. Ron and his company are experienced, honest, competent, and friendly. He goes the extra mile to make sure I understand the issues and the fixes he found for them. If any mistakes have been made or a problem persists, Ron has always owned that and made it right, and been beyond generous and fair. Since I found Lancaster Computer Company and Ron's work about 7 years ago, I haven't and won't go anywhere else. While I hate when tech goes glitchy, I love getting to go see Ron! There have been several pivotal moments as a student and small-business entrepreneur where my tech has crashed and seemed beyond repair, causing me to lose several vital documents and projects-- and to almost lose my mind! I came to Ron nearly in tears, and his warmth and competence greeted me in that crisis. With Ron and Lancaster Computer Company, there is always a solution to be found. This is NOT a big-box store kind of shop where you're just the next customer in line. At this shop, you'll be treated like a human being, and your property is treated with respect and care. Ron is highly trained and knowledgeable, his turn-around times are so reasonable, his fees are transparent and have no added fluff, and his humor and wit are the best! Fixed my mac book for a good price, and when i noticed something was off when i got it he offered to fix the mistake anytime and got it back really quick. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a quality repair for a good price
